Oct 29th ... 2011. I guess I was 48 the last time I posted on my blog. Now that I'm 51 do I have to change the name? I was reading my past posts on this blog. What a bunch of blah blah blah. How many time does a person get to start over before people start to say "Oh no, here he goes again". 

Maybe this time will be different.

It's amazing how fast you realize how out of shape you are when you become single. I guess its because you walk around more often with less clothes on. You catch a glimpse of yourself out of the corner of your eye and have to do a double take. Is that me? Ouch. 

So with all that said ... lets start this again. As I write this I'm 190.5 lbs. 18 lbs. lighter then a few years ago.
